• Establish an efficient maintenance request/work order tracking system for the Community. Follow through to assure that service requests are addressed quickly. Make clear and accurate service/maintenance reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Provide work order request options of online submittal, US post card, or phone-in request
  • Establish with the Board of Directors the Standards and Specifications for all routine maintenance
  • Develop requests for proposals for significant contracted services as directed or required
  • Supervise all Association employees as directed by the Board of Directors.
  • Perform periodic inspections of the Community to ensure that the high standards of the Community are maintained. Ensure that deficiencies are corrected or brought to the attention of the Board for disposition if necessary
  • Maintain a twenty-four hour answering service and emergency responder
  • Maintenance personnel are members of the Paragon Maintenance Services team. This is a handyman service run to serve Associations and co-owners to complete common maintenance requests
