- Attend Board of Directors meetings
- Host meetings in our office
- Attend Annual Association meeting
- Attend Committee or Resident meetings as needed or requested
- Prepare and mail notices as directed or necessary
- Receive official notices for the Client
- Respond to official notices as needed
- Establish and maintain paper and electronic files of all pertinent documents
- Respond quickly to member comments and requests, as authorized by the Board of Directors or owner
- Note and document compliance with Community policies and standards
- Maintain appropriate licenses and insurances as required
- Provide new owner "welcome package" (if available)
- Discern and employ industry best practices in facilitating clear understanding of goals and resources
